本條款適用於《界外之光》(以下稱「本遊戲」),由 滿金 Manco(以下稱「我們」)開發與製作。我們希望用白話說清楚:本遊戲會用到你的哪些資料、放在哪裡、怎麼刪除。
1. 重點摘要
- 可以不註冊,用「訪客」直接玩。
- 你的戰績、積分和設定只存放在你自己的手機裡,不會傳到我們這邊。遊戲啟動時只會向我們的伺服器查詢最新版本與維護公告;只有在你使用「網路對戰」時,才會把帳號識別碼、暱稱與對戰紀錄傳到我們的伺服器(見「與伺服器的連線和線上功能」)。
- 本遊戲沒有廣告、沒有行為追蹤、沒有使用分析或當機回報工具。
2. 本遊戲會用到哪些資料
以下資料只儲存在這支手機的本遊戲儲存空間內:
- 訪客:遊戲在手機上產生的一組隨機編號,不含姓名或聯絡方式。
- 使用 Apple 登入:Apple 提供你的 Apple 帳號識別碼;如果你同意分享,還有姓名和電子郵件(可能是 Apple 提供的「隱藏電子郵件」地址)。用來顯示帳號名稱,並把每個帳號的進度分開記錄。
- 使用 Google 登入(有提供此功能的版本):Google 提供你的 Google 帳號識別碼、姓名、電子郵件和大頭貼網址。顯示大頭貼時,你的手機會直接向 Google 的伺服器下載圖片。
- 遊戲資料:比賽結果、累計積分、球員累計成績、解鎖進度,以及音樂與音效設定。
3. 我們不做的事
- 不蒐集你的位置、通訊錄、相片、麥克風或相機資料,本遊戲也不會要求這些權限。
- 不使用廣告識別碼,不做跨 App 或跨網站追蹤。
- 不出售你的資料,也不把資料提供給第三方做行銷。
4. 第三方服務
Apple 登入與 Google 登入由 Apple、Google 依各自的隱私權政策處理,登入時你的手機會直接與它們連線,我們不會經手。Apple:apple.com/legal/privacy;Google:policies.google.com/privacy。
5. 資料保存與刪除
- 資料保存在你的手機裡,直到你刪除為止。
- 在首頁右上角點你的帳號,選「刪除帳號與資料」,就能移除該帳號在這支手機上的所有進度。解除安裝本遊戲會移除全部本機資料。
- 如果你用 Apple 登入,也可以到 iPhone「設定 → 你的名字 → 登入與安全性 → 使用 Apple 登入的 App」,停止本遊戲使用你的 Apple 帳號。
- 你隨時可以查看、更正或刪除自己的資料;目前這些都在你的手機上,可以在 App 內直接操作。
6. 資料安全
資料存放在手機的 App 專屬空間,由 iOS / Android 系統保護。沒有任何儲存方式能保證絕對安全,也請妥善保管你的裝置。
7. 兒童與未成年人
我們不會刻意向兒童蒐集個人資料;除非使用網路對戰,帳號與遊戲資料都不會傳到我們這邊。未成年人使用 Apple 或 Google 登入或網路對戰前,請先取得家長或監護人同意。
8. 與伺服器的連線和線上功能
遊戲啟動時,你的手機會向我們的伺服器查詢最新版本與維護公告。伺服器會收到 App 版本、系統(iOS 或 Android)和連線的 IP 位址,用來提供服務與維護安全;不含你的帳號、姓名或遊戲資料。
只有在你使用「網路對戰」時,我們的伺服器才會處理:你的帳號識別碼(訪客為這支手機產生的編號;Apple 或 Google 登入時為其提供的識別碼與你同意分享的姓名、電子郵件)、暱稱、對戰紀錄(比分、勝負與比賽中的操作,用來判定比賽與處理爭議)以及連線資訊(例如 IP 位址)。不使用網路對戰,這些資料都不會傳到我們這邊。單機比賽、賽季、錦標賽的戰績仍然只存在你的手機裡。
9. 條款的變更
本條款修改時,會更新上方的「最後更新」日期;有重大變更時,會在 App 內提示。

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the game 界外之光 (the "Game"), developed and produced by Manco ("we", "us"). We try to say plainly which of your data the Game uses, where it is kept, and how to delete it.
1. Summary
- You can play as a guest without signing up.
- Your results, points and settings are stored only on your own phone and are not sent to us. When the Game starts it only asks our server for the latest version and maintenance notices; only when you use Online Match are your account identifier, nickname and match records sent to our servers (see "Server connection and online features").
- The Game has no advertising, no behavioural tracking, and no analytics or crash-reporting tools.
2. What data the Game uses
The following is stored only in the Game's own storage on this phone:
- Guest: a random number the Game creates on the phone. It contains no name or contact details.
- Sign in with Apple: Apple gives the Game your Apple account identifier and, if you agree to share them, your name and e-mail address (which may be Apple's "Hide My Email" relay address). They are used to show the account name and to keep each account's progress separate.
- Sign in with Google (in versions that offer it): Google gives the Game your Google account identifier, name, e-mail address and profile-picture address. To show the picture, your phone downloads it directly from Google's servers.
- Game data: match results, career points, player statistics, unlock progress, and the music and sound-effect settings.
3. What we do not do
- We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, and the Game does not ask for those permissions.
- We do not use advertising identifiers and do not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Third-party services
Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google are handled by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies. Your phone connects to them directly when you sign in; the data does not pass through us. Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy. Google: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Retention and deletion
- Your data stays on your phone until you delete it.
- Tap your account at the top right of the home screen and choose "Delete account and data" to remove everything that account has on this phone. Uninstalling the Game removes all local data.
- If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop the Game from using your Apple account in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
- You can view, correct or delete your data at any time; for now it all lives on your phone and can be managed in the app.
6. Security
Data is kept in the app's private storage on the phone, protected by iOS / Android. No form of storage is perfectly secure, so please look after your device.
7. Children and minors
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; unless Online Match is used, no account or game data reaches us. Minors should get a parent's or guardian's consent before using Sign in with Apple or Google, or Online Match.
8. Server connection and online features
When the Game starts, your phone asks our server for the latest version and maintenance notices. The server receives the app version, the system (iOS or Android) and your IP address, to run the service and keep it secure; it does not include your account, name or game data.
Only when you use Online Match do our servers handle: your account identifier (for a guest, a number this phone made; with Sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier they give and the name and e-mail you agreed to share), your nickname, match records (score, result and the moves made in the game, used to referee the match and settle disputes) and connection details (for example your IP address). If you do not use Online Match, none of this reaches us. Your single-player, season and tournament records stay on your phone.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the "last updated" date above, and we will tell you in the app about material changes.
